Zippo's Yellow Flame Butane Lighter Insert is the perfect accessory for any classic Zippo lighter case (not included). The refillable butane insert stays true to Zippo's roots in form and function and produces an odorless yellow flame for even more versatility. Take the customization process one step further with your choice of flame type. Combining the benefits of the Yellow Flame Butane Insert with the unique chimney style of the classic lighter, the Yellow Flame Butane Insert is designed for optimal downward flame draw for occasions that call for an odor-free flame.

- Unique chimney design engineered for optimal downward flame draw
- Up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit single yellow flame
- Wheel and button ignition with replaceable flint
- Refillable with Zippo butane (not included)
- 0.9g capacity provides up to 125 five-second ignitions per fill
- Fits all classic Zippo lighter cases (not included - does not fit Slim or 1935 Replica cases)

- Step 1: All Zippo Butane Inserts will be packaged and shipped unfilled. To begin filling, remove the insert from either the packaging or lighter case. When removing be sure to place your index finger and thumb on either side of the insert, below the chimney. Be sure to flip the insert into an upside-down position.
- Step 2: Once the insert is up-side down place the butane fuel nozzle into the filling valve. The filling valve is located at the bottom right side of the insert. Refill the insert for six seconds.
- Step 3: An adjustable flame dial on the end of the Insert lets you easily control the flame height, providing extra flame height when needed. Flip butane insert upside down, use a paper clip or a dime to twist the screw left or right. The positive and negative sign will indicate a larger or smaller flame.
