This does work but it jams up. So I removed the flint I put in for testing it.
Appears to be silver-plated? I tried polishing a spot on the bottom. The rest looks like it has a gold lacquer finish? Not sure. It is monogrammed but it can easily be filed off and refinished if desired. Looks like a “W”?
It’s definitely great for display or parts or maybe you can repair the jamming? Everything is there except the flint. I do see a ding. See photos.
