Vintage Clear Lucite Green Band. Red & Yellow Dice Cigarette Pipe Lighter

This vintage cigarette lighter is a unique piece of collectible tobacciana. Made in Japan, it features a clear lucite body with a green band, finished off with red and yellow dice.
