Vintage Arturo Levi Art Deco Table Cigar Lighter

Up for sale is a vintage Arturo Levi cigar lighter of a bust of a woman.  Missing all the insides and the bottom so sold as is.  No lighter mechanism inside, just the head.  In pretty good condition, need some cleaning up.  Could easily be turned into an ashtray or if you can find a mechanism somewhere, could be restored.  Estate sale find.  Happy to answer any questions.  Thanks
