The Survival Ready Outfitters fire starting pails are the perfect solution for outdoor or survival fire starting. 25 pcs of wax infused fire discs are included and each disc will burn for approximately 15 minutes. The discs can be broken down into smaller pieces and used if lesser burn times are sufficient.  20 of our fire wicks are also included.  These can be broken down into individual wicks expanding the numbers of fires started.  They have a shorter burn time, but when conditions are dry these are the perfect tool for a quick fire.

The discs and wicks can be started with with included magnesium bar and striker.  Hemp twin, cotton tabs, fatwood and the included telescoping blow pipe will all aid in building a fire quickly under any conditions.

A multi-tool is also included comprising needle nose pliers, file, can opener,  flat and phillips screwdriver tips, and knife blade.

The Survival Ready Outfitters fire pails are shipped in a tin can that will be perfect to boil water, make char cloth or many other survival uses.

The Survival Ready Outfitters fire pails work great for emergency situations, wood stoves, backyard fire pits, bbq pits, bonfires or any other time time a fire is required.

• 20pc packs of fire discs but can be broken down into many smaller pieces.

• Telescoping blow pipe for stoking fire.  Extends to 19".

How to start a fire using the Survival Ready Outfitters fire discs:

1. Fold disc in half back and forth until the wax breaks up and exposes the cotton disc.  Fray the edges of the disc as best you can to accept a spark.
2. Light frayed portion of disc with magnesium bar, ferro rod, flint, match, lighter or any other form of flame.
3. You can also light the full disc with a match or lighter easily without breaking it down.

How to start a fire using the Survival Ready Outfitters fire wicks:

1. Rub end of fire wick vigorously on rock, tree or any rough surface to fray the end of the rope creating a fibrous end.
2. Light end of of wick with magnesium bar, ferro rod, flint, match, lighter or any other form of flame.
3. You can also light the full wick with a match or lighter easily.
