This auction is for a fresh photocopy of a
1954 LIGHTER REPAIR MANUAL by Lighter Parts Inc., which at the time was a
"first". Manual was in a 5"x8" format and consisted of 150
pages (blank pages were removed) and is printed two pages per page for a total
of 77 pages. The following brands of lighters are listed

Attached is a listing of Ronson Catalogs and literature I have collected over the last 33 years. In 1996 I sold my complete collection. The attached represents copies of literature that I had extra copies made prior to the sale.
My original collection had over 8,000 pages of documentation which was originally assembled during the research for the Ronson Book and later expanded to include Ronson catalogs from Japan

. Without question, this was the largest and most detailed Ronson documentation collection. Since it included many items from the different factories around the world it will never be repeated or matched.
I am also offering for the first time copies of my computer files (ACCESS databases) which document and describe all known Ronson lighters produced from 1927-1994. Each lighter is described along with the source. The source for the majority of the lighters is found in the attached catalogs.
ART METAL WARES - Art Metal Works was the original company founded by Louis V. Aronson. The early products produced by the company were referred to as Art Metal Wares. The 1924-1927 Catalog displays 784 individual items manufactured by the company. To the best of my knowledge, these were the first catalogs produced by Louis V. Aronson. These catalogs also are the first showing the early lighters.
