Demley Wwi Artillery Cannon Lighter

I pulled on the chain and the lighter did not open up. Needs help.  There is a chunk out of the base on the one side as seen in the pics.  Missing a screw in the protective plate.  In used condition. Base is 7.5 inches long. 3 out of 4 of the knobs for the corners on the base is missing. I WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRY. CHECK WITH EBAY FOR SHIPPING PRICES FOR GLOBAL SHIPPING.
