If free shipping is offered, the lowest cost and/or most cost-effective service/carrier will be selected unless the address is strictly a Post Office Box.  Quicker service always may be chosen and paid for by the buyer.  If the item qualifies for media mail and is the shipping service listed, please be aware that it does take longer than First Class or Priority Mail options, which are available at an additional fee.  Media mail shipping times can range from 2 to 10+ business days on top of handling times.
