Buyers are requested to please select their size according to the mentioned size chart, our jackets are made according to that.
Our sizes are standard US sizes so it is important to selected your product according to our mentioned size chart and not what you usually wear domestically. We are always here to help so if you have a question, please let us know and we will help you in selecting the best fit.
Selecting the correct size is extremely important because if you select the wrong size, it will not fit properly and buyer will pay the complete return postage.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the Esty's confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier's depot for wrong address or buyer's non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/restocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges + custom in some cases.
DISCLAIMER !
If your address is in remote area, where USPS / DHL / FedEx do not deliver direct, Then you will have to pay extra £35 to £50 on top of the Freight cost. We will only get to know when we book with USPS/DHL/FedEx, if it's remote area we will ask buyers to pay extra cost.
REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all the tags attached.
Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items Replacement shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described item. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc, will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item.

Our duty is to provide the Tracking Number for all shipments, it is your responsibility to keep tracking the parcel, all courier companies require contact number so upon placing order message us your contact number, in case of no contact courier company can destroy your parcel after certain time & we will not take any responsibility and you will not be eligible to ask for refund.
