Clipper lighters are becoming collector’s items and we specialise in rare designs unavailable in the UK shops.

**PLEASE NOTE** Due to postage laws in the UK it is **PROHIBITED** to send flammable liquids in the post. We therefore send our lighters with NO gas (EMPTY) in & the flints wrapped separately. These flints will be found CELLOTAPED to the invoice enclosed with your lighter/ lighters.

PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN OPENING YOUR PADDED ENVELOPE, AS OFTEN, DUE TO THE MANHANDLING OF PACKAGES THROUGHOUT THEIR JOURNEY TO YOU, THE FLINT/FLINTS CAN BECOME LOOSE AND DROP FROM THE CELLOTAPE, THUS ENDING UP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ENVELOPE.

SO, WE THEREFORE ASK THAT YOU TAKE THIS IN TO CONSIDERATION BEFORE MESSAGING US SAYING THAT WE HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PACK IT.

WE TAKE SCRUPULOUS MEASURES WHEN IT COMES TO PACKAGING OUR ITEMS, AND THERE IS ZERO ROOM FOR ERROR.

ALL OF OUR PACKAGES CONTAIN THE ITEM YOU HAVE PURCHASED, ALONG WITH THE CORRECT NUMBER OF FLINTS CAREFULLY CELLOTAPED TO THE INVOICE

Please note that, we are not Clipper, but just a company that sell Clipper Lighters. So unfortunately, the way the lighters are made, or the printing of the designs are not down to us.

Please do also be aware that we ship items 2nd Class with Royal Mail within 48 hours of payment being received. We do not post over the weekends or on public UK holidays.

Although 2nd class is estimated to arrive within 2-5 working days, this sometimes does not happen. Once we post your parcel it is out of our control whether or not Royal Mail decide to deliver it on time. There can often be delays due to the weather. On occasions our parcels can be confiscated too or taken aside for inspection meaning there could be up to a two week delay before your items arrive. This is not our fault and please understand this when we explain this to you in further detail.
