• 1. Stack charcoal briquettes symmetrically in the center of the grill
• 2. Apply 1.6 ounces of liquid evenly per pound of charcoal (approximately 15 briquettes). Press lid firmly until it locks.
• 3. Ignite charcoal briquettes immediately and the starter fuel will burn within minutes, leaving the charcoal fully lit.
• 4. Start cooking when the charcoal is mostly covered in ash.
• WARNING: Do not cover the grill until the flames are out and the charcoal is mostly covered in ash. When you remove the lid, the accumulated smoke may burst!
