BLUEFIRE Oxygen MAPP Propane Welding Torch Kit MAP Gas Cylinder Rack

The Oxygen gas cylinder runs limited time, this is not our product's quality problem, it is only because the standard CGA 600 cylinder contains limited Oxygen and all the similiar products on market have the same issue. We don't accept return reason due to this. If you are looking for something that can handle longer time last job without change Oxygen bottles, we recommend you go for a medical Oxygen Bottle which has larger contents and heavier weight.

Operation Instruction: Firstly, Keep Oxygen closed and Turn on the MAPP/Propane, use the included flint spark lighter to light the flame. After the ignition, the flame is red and small, then slowly turn on the Oxygen to suitable extent, carefully and do not feed the Oxygen too quickly and too strong, otherwise the strong oxygen flow will extinguish the flame. With the Oxygen feeded, the flame should turn into white and high temperature, ready for high heat jobs.

In cold weather operations, to prevent the fuel gas freeze causing unsuccessful ignition, users are recommended to shake the gas cylinder several times before screw on the torch to start fire. Gas Cylinders shown in some photos are just for instruction, NOT included in the sale package.
